Don Patrick

Broker in Charge
Don was born and raised in the Charleston area. He is a 1980 graduate from the University of South Carolina, with a degree in Business Administration. Don has been active in real estate since 1984, and formed Matrix Properties in 1988 with his partner, Donny Schaeffer. Don has been active in all aspects of marketing and development of residential properties throughout the past 20 years, with an emphasis on new home sales. He and his wife Alison have four children and live in Summerville.

Jeanette M. Lamb

Jeanette has lived in Charleston all of her life, and has been a licensed realtor since 1986. She is experienced in all phases of real estate sales, including lot sales and investment properties. She was voted "Rookie of the Year" in 1986 by the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association. She served as vice-chair of the Professional Development Committee of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors in 2002-2003, and then chairperson of the committee in 2003-2004. She has chosen to focus on Shadowmoss Plantation real estate for the past 15 years. She and her husband Bobby have one daughter and split time between their homes in Summerville and Isle of Palms.

John Foscolos

John relocated to Charleston from New England in 1988, where he graduated from college with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over the last 16 years he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the Charleston area real estate market. Whether you're looking to buy or sell, are a first time buyer, professional or investor, John has the knowledge and experience to exceed your expectations. Janet M. Cooper

Janet Cooper was born and raised in North Charleston, SC. She attended Rice Business College, and entered the real estate industry in 1987. She obtained her broker's license in 1990, and joined Matrix Properties the next year. She also was awarded the Graduate Realtors Institute designation in 1991. During her 17 years in the Charleston real estate business, Janet has worked with custom homebuilders, lot sales, new construction and re-sales. She has an understanding of the Charleston real estate market that only a native Charlestonian could have. She has lived in Summerville for the past 10 years, and has two sons, two grandsons and a granddaughter.

Donna S. Quinn

Donna joined the staff of Matrix Properties, Inc. 10 months ago. She has approximately 20 years of experience in the real estate profession, including sales, property management, and as a project coordinator for new developments. Donna is previously from Connecticut and has resided in Charleston for over eight years. She is a graduate of Albertus Magnus College with a degree in Business Administration and also earned a certificate of Property Management from the University of New Haven. While in Connecticut she worked for several years as a general manager of an import and manufacturing division of the Starter Sportswear Co. She is married, has 2 sons, 2 stepsons and one small dog (the princess) and she lives in West Ashley.

Leah Rakowsky

- Office Manager
Born and raised in New York, Leah graduated from Nassau College with a degree in Accounting. She worked in the accounting department of Simon Paston and Sons Insurance Agency in Lynbrook, New York before relocating to West Virginia. While in West Virginia, she was employed as an accountant for Shannon Energy, and oil and gas exploration company located in Parkersburg. She moved to Charleston after being recruited by Capital South, and joined the Matrix Properties team in 1992. Leah has extensive experience in all phases of the accounting cycle, including auditing and statement preparation.
